Pianist | Conductor | Educator
Sean Patrick Cameron is a pianist, conductor, and educator in New York City. He has performed and conducted across the country and around the globe, and he is known for his depth of musicality and excellence at the keyboard. He is a frequent collaborator with Michael R. Jackson, often appearing as his music director and arranger, including leading the very first presentations of A STRANGE LOOP. He has led multiple companies of A CHORUS LINE, each one directed and choreographed by Baayork Lee, and has frequently appeared as music director and pianist with the National Asian Artists Project. Off stage, Sean is an impassioned educator. He has taught at Marymount Manhattan College since 2019 and maintains a private studio of voice and piano students.
Sean is an avid reader, hobbyist computer programmer, and cinnamon roll connoisseur. He is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and holds dual degrees in Music Performance and Music Education from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM).
